Rod BrookerPresident

In 1988, Rod Brooker started as a carpenter in the construction industry with an Amish & Mennonite-based company that taught him about quality craftmanship.  Since 1997, Rod has been an estimator and project manager for a number of commercial companies and has successfully managed over 2,800,000 square feet of large-scale commercial projects in diverse sectors throughout the U.S.

Beginning in 2006, hospitality and commercial projects became his target market and BCG Builders was founded as Brooker Construction Group in September of 2015. Since inception, Rod has been continually committed to excellence with a team approach to developing a long-lasting commitment to quality projects for his clients.

Rod has a lovely wife of 20 years, six adult children, and numerous grandchildren. He enjoys outdoor activities, watching football, and loves his job.

Office Manager

Pam is the organizational backbone of BCG’s operations. Serving as the central hub between the field and office, her role ensures that every project runs smoothly from start to finish. From coordinating schedules and managing project documentation to communicating with subcontractors, vendors, and clients, the Office Manager keeps every moving part aligned.

With a strong focus on efficiency, communication, and attention to detail, her leadership behind the scenes allows our field teams to focus on what they do best – delivering quality construction on time and to the highest standards.

Superintendent

Brian leads the day-to-day operations of our commercial construction projects with precision, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. As the on-site leader, he oversees every phase of construction, ensuring that schedules are met, quality standards are upheld, and safety remains top priority.

From coordinating subcontractors and managing site logistics to maintaining clear communication with project managers, owners, and inspectors, the Superintendent keeps every aspect of the job running efficiently. With a strong focus on quality control, accountability, and attention to detail, Brian plays a key role in delivering successful commercial projects that reflect our company’s high standards and reputation for reliability.

Assistant Superintendent

Works closely with the Superintendent to manage the construction sites. Some key responsibilities include scheduling, supervising workers, and meeting with Contractors.

Accounting Manager

Amber specializes in managing the financial operations of the projects and company. She focuses on job costing, assisting in contract management, progress billing, tracking project-specific expenses, budgeting, cost analysis, subcontractor payments, payroll, retainage tracking, lien waivers, AIA Billings, forecasting project performance, and ensures that each job stays on budget.

Amber helps the Project Manager, Subcontractors, and Developers make informed decisions, reduce financial risk, and improve overall project efficiency. Through detailed oversight, proactive planning and a commitment to financial integrity, she ensures each project is delivered with both operational excellence and financial discipline.

Project Coordinator

She handles Schedules, Resources, Equipment and information. Liaison with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives. Ensures both Clients’ and Project needs are met as the project evolves.
