They hire Multivista as a 3rd party to document each critical stage of construction and provide their owners with a perfect record of where all of their MEP systems are located as well as capturing each stage of waterproofing. We are very rarely hired by GCs in the hospitality industry because our services create an open book approach that verifies quality and ensures that everything is constructed to the highest of standards. These services provide a great turnover tool for facilities management at completion of a project and ensure that the quality is to the standard of which every owner should expect when they enter into an agreement with a general contractor.
